Selling Something No One Wants 2008 wood from salvaged entertainment dresser, cigarette package foil, inner tube, cast paper, rubber, dried lemon inside forged steel, chain link fence finial inside wood from a chair leg, twigs, wax covered acorns, rocks, forged steel, berry with stem and straight pin (picture at right) This was an attempt to survey people on the streets of Charlotte regarding their visual taste. The first group of people (whom I surveyed in a parking deck elevator) were very responsive; they picked the grapevine coated in bees wax attached to stag horn sumac and torn pages as their favorite.
